At RLM Community Outreach, Inc., our mission is to provide assistance to the formerly incarcerated and their families by equipping those in need with educational, employment, housing and well-being support through private and social services.

RLM Community Outreach, Inc. is committed to helping former offenders reenter society by assisting with essential tools for success. Guiding and facilitating individuals to become self-sustaining, our goal is to lower the recidivism rate by building stronger families and communities.

RLM Community Outreach, Inc. was founded in 2023 by Andrea Stephens. Active in her community and in the field of Criminal Justice for many years, Andrea recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping formerly incarcerated individuals and their families. Since then, RLM Community Outreach, Inc. has grown into a thriving

Since then, RLM Community Outreach, Inc. has grown into a thriving nonprofit, serving hundreds of individuals in the Wake, Durham, Franklin and Johnston County areas.

At RLM Community Outreach, Inc., we assist with job searches and interview preparation including letters of explanation so our clients can put their best foot forward in securing gainful employment and become self-sustaining.

At RLM Community Outreach Inc., we believe that higher education is key to improving opportunities not only in the job market, but in life skills as well. We proudly sponsor those who qualify to obtain their GED, take courses for personal growth and enrichment, and assist with grant applications and scholarships towards vocational training.

RLM Community Outreach, Inc. works with multiple health organizations to provide care to our clients that include, but are not limited to: Anger Management, Conflict Resolution Skills, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Individual Therapy, Parenting Skills, Stress Management, Substance Abuse and Trauma Intervention. Assistance to these resources is available 24-hours.

The media center will feature a computer lab in which clients will have access to computers, printers, fax machines and phones to aid in job searche

A conference room will be available for small continuing education classes hosted by teachers and community volunteers on a scheduled basis.
